We’re looking for a "Swiss Army Knife" professional—someone who can keep the backend of a construction business running like a well-oiled machine while simultaneously telling our story to the world through high-end digital content.
The Role
This is a hybrid role designed for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy. You won't just be "checking boxes"; you’ll be creating the systems that help us scale.
1. Office Administration & Operations
- Manage client enquiries, scheduling, and project documentation.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflows.
- General bookkeeping support and maintaining our project management software.
- Take Initiative: Identify bottlenecks in our current processes and fix them.
2. Social Media & Brand Management
- Own our digital presence (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Capture and curate "behind-the-scenes" content from our stunning job sites.
- Engage with our community and build our brand voice to attract high-end clientele.
- Execute a content calendar that aligns with our 3-year growth strategy.
